Return Policy
You may exercise your right to withdraw within 14 days after completely receiving your order and send the goods in question back to us.
If you have received a faulty or defective item, please send a picture and your order number to info@dinkiballoon.com.

If you have placed your order with a German delivery address, you can start your return in your user account under "Orders" or by clicking on this link. Austrian customers may contact our customer service to receive a return label. As an international customer you will have to bear the return costs yourself.
Please note the following information:
- Please exercise your right to withdraw within 14 days after delivery.
- Only unused, originally packaged, and undamaged goods can be fully refunded.
- If you have received the shipment damaged or incomplete, please keep the shipping carton, document the damage, and contact us immediately.
- Wallpapers and borders must be in their original packaging for us to provide a full refund.
- Important: Please return lamps, posters or stickers in an outer carton and do not stick the return label on the item's original packaging.
- Cut goods, samples and personalized items are non-returnable.

For international returns please declare the parcel accordingly and add a copy of your invoice on which you mark the goods to be returned, to avoid any custom charges.
